Factory reset my xbox1.

I want to factory reset my xbox1 due to my tabs/tiles or whatever it's called not working/loading. But worried about my game saves. I read that it's automatically saved through the cloud. So if I was to factory reset my xbox1, I shouldn't worry about my
game saves?? I have the hard copies of my games.

TV playback colour

Hi I have just bought and set up my Xbox1 and the TV playback is predominately green. I have tried using the TV menu to solve this but to no avail, I have reset the Xbox to its factory settings and gone through the whole set-up process again all to no avail, I am at a loss. My TV is a Samsung smart TV. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Geoff...

 

Recover old gamertag.

I recently did a factory reset on my xbox1. When I try to use my gamertag is says already in use. It's set to an old gamertag. How do I recover my current gamertag?

 

The tab for the cloud doesn't work so I can't double if my saves are in there. I did the hard reset and the tabs still didn't work

 

To save this issue try to log out and log in again, if the issue persists remove your account from the console and download it again.

 

I had already removed my profile account and downloaded it again and Signed in/out still same issue. Even with no profile signed on the xbox game store tabs won't work...this is why I have come down to a factory reset. My concern would be my game saves..

 

As long as you were playing while on line your saves will be safe in the cloud.
