    Factory Reset Has Frozen


    Tried everything. Xbox keeps freezing so tried a factory reset as a last resort. Now it's stuck at 66% on the reset and not doing anything. What do I do now?

    Yes I am, just been told someone else got there's reset today aswell.

    Good afternoon, you are probably signed up to be a part of the "Preview program", it updated today. You can "opt-out" if you choose by going to : My games and apps--> Xbox Insider Hub --> Settings --> Manage devices --> and select
    to remove (current) Xbox from the program. Hope that helps!

    i did a factory reset on mine and now its at a black screen with a thing spinning in a circle and its been doing it for about 45 mins what does that mean ???
