    Factory reset error


    Im receiving a error code E102 00000C11 80070003 so I decided to reset to factory defaults but was brought to another error code E102 10010C02 8B060007 and tried resetting again but its not working. If anybody knows how to fix this please respond

    Factory Reset Error

    I have factory reset my X Box One S in error and want to restore my account, however, I am not sure what e-mail address and password I used. My profile and games are still showing, but I'm unable to play the games that I've purchased or retrieve my saves.

    Will someone advise me on how to restore my lost account?

    If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page. When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on

    Hey roma adness3

    The factory reset has been known to fix this problem i'd would suggest the same thing first reset you will choose to keep the games & apps installed if this problem still purists lets do a full memory wipe that means all local and cloud storage will be removed
    games / apps / profiles / settings etc

    If you are in the preview program you can sign into your account you should be prompt to re-install the app but in case it does not give you any notification you'll need to contact the preview forums for another access code to the app.

    I recommend keeping your games & apps installed when prompt. If it has not worked lets do a full Factory reset.
