Factory Reset Does not remove XBOX INSIDER AND IT IS RUING THE PERFORMANCE on my Xbox one S

So today I bought an Xbox one S from somebody on offer up and since He didn’t have the original account to remove Xbox insider, it’s been having major bugs on the dashboard and gameplay even though my controllers are fine and my WiFi connection Is great.
Please I don’t have the original account to remove xbox insider. Even with a factory reset it fails to remove the actual program

    :)

Me saca de los juegos (Mod Translation: It takes me out of the games )

    Hello JuanjoOc,

Thank you for keeping us updated. Is this console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program? We recommend completing a

    soft factory reset
on the console. This is the type of factory reset that will keep all games and applications installed, and resolve any issues with the operating system. The factory reset will remove all accounts from the console so the email addresses
and passwords must be known. Be sure to let us know the results!

    XBOX INSIDER PROGRAM UNENROLL ME!!!!

This isn't an option for me as I bought the console used and the previous owner enrolled but I do not have access to their profile to unenroll and it doesn't show my console as enrolled under my gamertag. However it is certainly enrolled.

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC.
    2. On the main landing page, select Settings.
    3. Select Manage devices and choose the one you want to remove from the program.
    4. Select Done.
You just need to know the serial number or name of your console
