Factory damaged Xboxs

I saw a video that said you all gave away the factory damaged and unsellable xboxs for free and i was curious if that was true or not and if it is true how do i get one

I would do a factory reset like suggested as above. That power outage might have really damaged your console.

I have also factory reset the xbox with no results, i havnt damaged it in anyway so im not sure if its a hardware problem

I recommended that you hard reset ur Xbox one to factory setting maybe then it will read the disc if not then it could be and internal damage and Xbox HQ would have to fix.

If it is a defect from the factory, yes, that's covered under warranty, but if you damaged it somehow or by accident, no, that's not covered by the warranty.

This can sometimes happen after a irregular shutdown due to loss of power. You may need to factory restore your Xbox to reverse what damage was caused by the abrupt power down.
