    Facing problems with game pass subscription


    I got a 3 month game pass on discount for around 1$ in may 2/2019, I didn't intend to continue on the 3 month offer after this one runs out, but now when I try to do one month it takes me to the subscriptions page because it says
    I have 32.63$ past due, for the next 3 months of game pass, it didn't start the new 3 month yet, but it still says I have to pay it, any way to cancel this? The credit card and Microsoft balance both don't have enough balance.

    DUDE Im facing the exact same problem. Did you ever figure it out? Ive contacted support and they said its a known bug and they were working on it. I really need to fix this because my realms subscription in just passing away without the owner on it....

    If this problem only occurs with games that are on the Game Pass subscription, then you would need to contact Xbox Support directly to see what the problem is with your Subscription.
