Face Off and Lost Girl missing from X-Box Video

I have previously purchased HD Season Passes for both "Lost Girl" Season 4 and "Face Off" Season 6. The latest episode of "Face Off," which did broadcast as usual this week, did not automatically download. When I go to the XBox Video App, neither show
shows up under the "My TV Shows" tab, and in fact do not show up at all when you try to look them up in the store by title. If I go into "My Purchase History," past episodes of these shows will sometimes (Not always) pop up after a few seconds, but if I go
in through these links and try to access the entire series under "Go To Series," it states "Sorry, the Xbox service isn't available right now. Please try again later," and after doing this, the individual episodes which I have previously watched will show
back up under their individual listed prices instead of as "100% watched." Then, if I back out of this screen, the episodes disappear from my purchase history entirely once again, and will not show back up without exiting the App completely and going back
in. Also, when I clear my system cache, ALL movies and TV shows disappear from my "Purchase History," and seemingly show back up at random, only without "Face Off" or "Lost Girl" anywhere on the list. I have tried refreshing my purchase history, clearing my
hard drive cache, and restarting the system in a number of different combinations, but nothing seems to be working.

missing epidoes in season passes

episode 7 of Lost Girl is still missing, the one from Dragons Riders of Berk that was missing i bought "again" after buying the season pass for that

 

X BOX has three red lights

my x box has three red lights i have already sent it away once and got it back not fixed and missing covers off the face plate will they fix it a second time around because i have had to pay for the shipping which i thought was a joke even though the console
is still under there 90 warranty .

 

Additionally, when trying to access said videos on the XBox Video website, I get the "Oops, something went wrong" error, and the site states that the item I am looking for is not available.

 

Both shows have now re-populated under "My TV Shows," but Episode 12 of "Face Off," "Industrial Revolution," which aired 4/1/14, is still not available either through the Marketplace or on the Xbox Video site. Thanks.

 

As of now, I still don't have last week's Face Off episode (Episode 12), nor the latest episode of Lost Girl (Episode 13), which should have populated today.

 

Right, so, three days later, and I still do not have "Face Off" episodes 12 OR 13, or Episode 13 of "Lost Girl." Not only that, but I haven't gotten so much as a perfunctory "Hi, thanks for your patience, we're working on it," or a single suggestion from
whoever it is that's supposed to be monitoring these forums. Thanks, Microsoft. Guess this is your way of telling me to suck it up and [tag:dealwithit], huh?

 

I've had the same thing happen with Face off, and I twitted Xbox customer service people and they tell me it is a problem with the content provider. I currently don't have access to either episode of Face Off and Tweeted the people at SyFy.

 

It would be nice to have some actual "support" from this "support forum" letting us know whether or not this is the case, though.

 

Hi there, apologies for the extreme delays. I've actually been too busy trying to get things fixed that I haven't had the time to get on here. We're working on getting previous episodes available as soon as possible. I'm going to get the episodes of Lost
Girl and Face Off added to the top of the list.

The issue with "Face Off" has been resolved as of today, but the latest episode of "Lost Girl" is still not available. Thank you for your continued efforts towards resolving this.

 

Thanks, I'm investigating what's going on with that episode. I'll reply again when I know more.

 

Just to update: I did receive the most recent episode of "Face Off" on time this week (Thanks for that!), but STILL do not have the missing 13th Episode of "Lost Girl.

 

That episode of Lost Girl is in progress and should be available later tonight/tomorrow morning.
