    Fable Trilogy Bundle problems.


    Now I have seen plenty of posts regarding the same issue as I have but I seem to lose track of comments and figured it would be easier if I just posted one myself.

    Now my issue is I have purchased the Fable Trilogy for a whopping $99.95 on the Xbox live marketplace now the actual fable trilogy downloaded however when you open the game then that's when Fable Anniversary, 2 & 3 are available to download if that makes
    any sense. Now in the Fable Trilogy "Game" you get two options, Option 1 - Download Content and Option 2 - Exit.

    When I select option 1 or Download Content the Xbox Stores dialogue box opens with 5 one being general overview of download and then an overview of each fable game being anniversary, 2 & 3 and then under them is a Confirm purchase option.

    Once I select confirm purchase the following fialog box appears

    "Sorry, there's a problem with Xbox service. Try again later for help with this problem go to www.xbox.com/error help

    Status Code: 80153003"

    Now after that has all happened I proceed to active downloads when it appears Fable Anniversary, 2 & 3 are downloading or pending. I have left them downloading over a 3 day weekend and still haven't completed downloading them. Also once they reach about
    80% they restart back to 0%. I know my internet speed isn't an issue and I have been on chats with "Xbox support" and they have no idea what the issue is I'm now near on $100 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I'm getting quite frustrated and just
    want what I paid for or my money back.

    Fable 2 (Trilogy Bundle) localization

    Hello. I bought Fable 2 for my Xbox 360 and found there is no russian language available. After some googling I found this:

    Fable Trilogy Bundle FAQ

    It says trilogy bundle supports russian language, also I saw some posts Fable 2 got digital russian localization. So I bought bundle. But after downloading it I found it's the same version and it still lacks russian language.

    How do I get version with russian language?

    Countless problems with "Fable Trilogy" bundle

    I don't think console will make a difference

    I believe its affecting all consoles. (Xb360Slim Here)

    Must be a world wide internet issue than. (sarcasm is so very lost when put into text)

    I swear there is no communication within the Xbox support at all

    Fable Trilogy Bundle problems.

    First, try to update your Xbox Live information by clearing your cache. You may have an older version of the item you’re trying to download or purchase on your console. Here’s how:

    Delete the Marketplace System Data. To do this, follow these steps:

    Press the Guide button on the controller.

    Go to Settings, then select System Settings.

    Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.

    Select System Items.

    Select Content Cache, and then select Delete.

    Clear your console cache. Here’s how:

    Press the Guide button on your controller.

    Go to Settings, then select System Settings.

    Select Storage or Memory.

    Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select. The cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    Select Clear System Cache.

    When you’re prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    Restart your Xbox 360 console.

    Retry your purchase or download from Xbox Live.

    If you continue to receive this error message, there may be a problem with the offer on Xbox Live and you need to contact Xbox Support.

    Solution 2: Delete the content and download it again

    Delete any active downloads from the active downloads screen, delete any partially downloaded content, and then try to download the content again. Here's how:

    Press the Guide button on the controller.

    Go to Games & Apps.

    Select Active Downloads, then select Cancel All.

    Now that the active downloads are cancelled, delete any partially downloaded content. Here’s how:

    Press the Guide button on the controller, then go to Settings.

    Select System Settings.

    Select Storage, then select your storage device.

    Press X on your controller for Deletion Suggestions.

    Scroll through the suggestions and delete any content that has a yellow exclamation point. The exclamation point indicates content that is incomplete or corrupted.

    Now that the partially downloaded content has been deleted, try downloading the content again. Here's how:

    Go to the Settings hub and select Account.

    Select Download History.

    Select the item you were having problems downloading.

    Select Download Again.

    You can forget all the troubleshooting steps listed above. The marketplace is completely *** up right now. If you look through the various threads on here you'll see that many people are having this same problem, all with bundles. So far the tally includes
    Halo 4 map pack, MW3 map pack, Darksiders 2 season pass, and now this. All with the 80153003 error, all appear to be downloading but then fail at 99%, and none of the listed troubleshooting works. MS has said they're working on a fix for over 2 weeks now.
    Meanwhile we all continue to not have the content we paid for. A fix is long overdue.

    It is still worth trying the troubleshoots listed above. Just to make sure it isn't anything that was can fix ourself.

    Wow. I didn't know that other bundles were having the same issues. The Twisted Pixel Games Bundle is giving me the same error but for games like Fable and Halo, that's almost a dealbreaker. Thanks Microsoft.

    Its now fixed,

    1. Delete The app, and all incomplete downloads.

    2. Re-download the app. NOTE. it is essential to delete and re-download the app

    3. use the app to download the games. NOTE. you may still receive an error here but persist and your download will start

    4. They should now all be added to your active downloads as well as your purchase history

    Ok, so I bought my bundle last night and had the same issues as everyone else and was quiet depressed to find these threads. Even so, I decided to try a few of the recommendations and now am able to PLAY ALL OF THE GAMES. I first went to my cache and cleared
    it then went to the app that is supposed to let you download the games. After clicking on it I then logged out and logged back in while still in the app. It will then allow you to "purchase" the games for free when you click to download the games.

    After that they will start downloading, but if you stop the download for any reason you will have to restart them all. So, after you do all this or even before (didn't make a difference for me) change your auto off to never.

    Settings>system>console settings>startup and shutdown>auto-off>disable

    So, don't play any games or turn it off for until the download is done and you should be fine. Post whether this worked or not. Not sure if it was a fluke.
