Dynamic Global Illumination in Fable Legends

Fable Legends being cancelled not so bad but Lionhead studios being closed is. The reason why I say this is because there won't be probaly any future chances for new Fable games which I love. Fable to me and probaly for other people is the Zelda for Microsoft
Xbox. Which the Legend of Zelda is long running franchise for Nintendo so Fable should be long running for microsoft. Think over before you get rid of Lionhead studios we need that Zelda for Xbox.

 

^I sure did, I even collected all those silly dolls that you needed to trade with other players and stuff, haha. That was something I loved as well, seeing all the orbs floating around and stuff, ah I miss fable already.

 

I'm with you there, wasn't interested at all in legends but fable 4 yes please.

You would think by now ms would be trying to go from strength to strength in an effort to inspire some sorely needed confidence in the brand, instead there doing the complete opposite and throwing up question marks at every chance.

 

More disappointed about Press Play to be honest. Max: COTBH was a brilliant game. Im with Tzar there communication is the worst. They live in a bubble despite saying they don't.

 

"Fable Legends" was an eyesore that looked terrible.

So terrible that not even it's association with a once popular franchise was enough to save it.

I feel bad for anyone who's lost a job over this but everything I've seen regarding this game looks rubbish.

 

Lionhead= nothing good since fable 2, that was a very long time ago. MS has the IP to fable, No? A fable 4 is always possible in the future, who says lionhead has to make it?

 

Legends certainly looked horrible though I thought it was just a fill in before Fable 4 that was hopefully going to be nowhere near as horrible has Fable 3. We really need some exclusives that aren't racers or shooters.

 

Why all the hate for Fable 3? While not as good as 2, it was a fairly entertaining (Albeit dumb ed down and full of micro-transactions.) story.

Deedles, it's just not a very good rpg imo when compared to the previous 2. Without the Fable title it may have been more fun for me.

Yeah,i got that email a couple of days ago as well.

Fable & Fable 2 were great,Fable 3 was a let down imo.

Legends was ok from what I've played but it's was the same as Evolve for me.Good fun with some friends but got boring quite quickly.

Shame though,was looking forward to a Fable 4 at some point as well.

 

Wasn't something I was super excited about but I would of played it, looked pretty fun.

Though I figured something like this was going to happen with all the delays, I actually remember another thread about a few months ago asking about what happened to it since it was slated as a 2015 release.

I'm almost positive another developer will swoop up that IP though.

 

I have read so many posts from here and other sites where people say they have the beta but haven't played it. I tried the beta and didn't care for it

Makes me think there just wasn't enough people playin it for them to continue development. I mean it's been in beta for a long long time so they would know if it was worth finishing.

As far as LH closing down , they've been consolidating and down sizing for awhile now. It just sux because Fable 4 is what I really wanted.
