    Hello all,

    Just installed Fable 3, when I attempted to load the game, it checks for/verifies the release date then claims that "Game for Windows - LIVE cannot connect to the LIVE Service. Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet.", I spoke to some
    MS Agents, but had lead to here.

    Please can i get a little help?

    OS - Windows 10 x64

    Game - Fable III (Disc version)

    Same here apparently if your using a wireless connection it won't work as the game thinks there's no net connection last time I tried this game I used to use a Ethernet cable but I can't because I am no longer in the same room as my router so it's impossible
    I am seriosuly annoyed because I wanted to play this game since I bought a legit retail copy I should be able to do what I want with it just because it flopped and has been removed everywhere I should still get to play it. What I don't get is LIVE works when
    your in game once you've got it to update it's self which can be a pain heck a few months ago I was playing Lost Planet 2 via STEAM and it worked and signed me in to LIVE when in game I was even earning achievements.

    windows 7 here but with the same issue, got a new hard drive and had to install it again. but it won't verify and so now I can't play it anymore. I have the disc version too.

    I am also running Windows 10. I feel as though it is an issue with the CD versions of the game specifically.

    GAMES FOR WINDOWS LIVE IS NOW A STUPID JOKE!!! INSTEAD OF KEEPING PC AND XBOX LINES SEPARATED YOU GO AND TWEAK IT TOGETHER CAUSING MAJOR ISSUES FOR THOSE WANTING TO PLAY THE PC VERSION OF GAMES SUCH AS FABLE 3 AND THE ENTIRE THING IS LOOPED INTO A TOTAL
    DISCONNECTION THIS BETTER BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    same problem just purchased and installed could not connect even though I am connected now below is what I posted on Microsoft windows games forum and was told to post on xbox forum:

    I have recently purchased a game called fable 3 and it has "zdp" zero day protection that says it can not connect to the server to validate the date but I am on line at the time. any help in resolving would be appreciated. below is what I get trying to run
