Fable III on a legacy device

Hi. I purchased Fable and Fable III on Steam. Steam tells me that Microsoft no longer supports playing those two games through Steam and directs us to the Microsoft for Windows Game Marketplace. I log into the Windows Game Marketplace and the Xbox One website
and not only does my profile not load properly (Windows GM tells me "There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try again later." I signed out and tried again last night and then this evening as well, and I keep getting the same
message) but I cannot enter a chat for tech support because my name doesn't load properly (I guess that's my fault for just putting my initials instead of my first and last name, but it still seems silly that that doesn't enable me to submit a request for
a tech support chat).

I basically just want to know how I can access the games I legally purchased through Steam and play them again. If anyone can direct me in this, I would super appreciate it. I'd also love to know how i can change my first and last name on my Xbox live account
so that I can request a chat with tech support in the future. I scoured my profile to see how I can a) access my games and b) change my name, but didn't have luck with either. Thank you in advance for your help.

The most disappointing game sequels

Fable III, I was addicted to Fable II. but I can't get into Fable III.

 

WHEN I DOWNLOAD FABLE III I WOULD GET A ERROR SAYING DISK UNREADABLE OR TRY DOWNLOADING AGAIN.

First off, you don't have to post this twice. Once will do. Anyway to the matter at hand. Have you tried deleting your cache and the game, then downloading 2 or 3 demos upto the size of Fable III (your talking about 4 or 5GB in size). Once you have the
demos downloaded. Then redownload Fable III, then try playing the game. The reason to download the demos, is so Fable III will be downloaded to a different part of your storage device, which should hopefully fix your problem.

 

GFWL is broken. The servers that contain our purchase history aren't listening to us.

It has been broken for over SIX WEEKS.
