    Fable 3 save overidden by co-op?


    I joined my friend through local co-op, and became a copy of his brand new character. When I then loaded my own game, on my own, I am still his character. I’m at the same point quest wise, but have lost all my money, equipment, and property. Despite being at “traitors” quest wise, it says all of the property is not for sale. It seems im still in the same “world”, as I have a notification for attention from my old characters wife, but she doesnt show on my map. Totally game breaking.

    Edit: Even in the load area, my save is replaced with the new character.

    How do I get my save back?

    I have seen this issue shut down several times on boards without any answers, so not hopeful.

    May we confirm if you are playing the Fable 3 on an Xbox 360 or via backward compatibility on an Xbox One or Series S/X console?

    To answer your question, we understand how important it is for you to store the same game data. There is nothing we can do in providing a solution to attempt to restore any lost data.
