Fable 3 not working

I've been having issues getting fable 3 to work on my xbox one, it gets stuck on the loading screen after you press the start button. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and I contacted xbox and they told me to delete my account and re add
it and also to delete the persistent storage and still I have the same issues.

I need help

Fable 3

I tried to play online on fable 3 and a couple of hours ago it was working and now its not and its only fable 3 online that isnt working i called the support number to see if they could fix it and they said maybe its the servers itself for fable 3 specificlly
can anyone see if the online servers are down for them or do you guys have any tips on when the servers will be back online thank you

Hey there YoyoThroopy,

This might be far-fetched but did they by chance recommend a Factory Reset? You can now choose a reset without losing all your games and apps. Go to Settings>All Settings>System>Console Info & Updates>Restore. I would recommend trying this out and then setting
up your console again with your account info and network details and testing Fable III.

Hey,

No they didn't, they just said to do the things Ive already done. I have no trouble playing any other backwards compatible game just fable 3 but fable 3 is the only disc based game I've tried to play all the other 360 games have been digital.

UPDATE-

so been talking to xbox for over an hour and done everything which they said could be done and game still not working. They have said there is nothing else they could say to help and to contact lionhead as they think its a problem on their end but lionhead
says to contact xbox on their website.

Has anyone got any ideas of ways to fix my game i really want to play fable 3.

Your disc could very well be damaged, but since you don't have any other 360 titles in disc-form, I can't tell for certain.

my disc is in perfect condition also i have fable 2 on disc just not played it.

I think I've managed to get it to work.

I went offline then clicked on the game and it loaded up properly, so now I've put it back online and it's running okay so far. So now everytime I want to play the game I'm going to have to go offline before clicking on the game.

So I dunno what's up with it. :/

Have you tried quitting the game and starting it back up again while Online? I don't think it should make you go Offline and then back Online every time.

Maybe you should contact support about that, you are here on a community forum, where you will get community answers, probably some will say the service it's not available anymore, and others will say that you are right

I was trying to give you an option where you can actually do something that maybe could make a difference in the future, instead of those standard answer on this situations

Haven't say is your fault, but the idea hub is where you can leave the suggestions and maybe have the desired results

And as i mentioned when the game was already activated you will be able to play it, not online but offline, i didn't mention new game installations

People can not get this working today. Microsoft closed games for windows live and should of made a patch to fix the lack of service. Make a patch !
Why should people that have bought this game have to mess with janky work arounds.
It not that the game isn't compatible ! it that the online section 1 activate it doesn't exist and 2 it is constantly trying to log into game for windows live that also doesn't exist. The old works around do not work any more , probably due to some windows 10 update.
Why did Microsoft leave it the the fable community to work it out, instead of having the courtesy to make a patch for a game that has no more game for windows live program.
It has to verify the code, it will not do this as there seems to be no server to contact !
Re-installing the game today, it will not work today.
