Fable 3 not showing up to install

I haven't tried any 360 games on my One yet and decided to last night when I heard that Fable 3 was compatible. I went to the store and searched for it and found the main game along with a ton of DLC icons. The game says "bundle only" instead of "purchase".
When I select "bundle only" it just works for a couple seconds then says "nothing found". So, I just went onto the internet and logged into my live account and bought it there for the $9.99. The game is not showing up as ready to install in my apps list. I
try rebooting the console by pulling the plug and cold restarting. In the store it still shows as bundle only.

I tried the volunteer chat thing and the guy responds "It should work, try reinstalling". Was that a joke? The game is not showing up anywhere as ready to install so the solution is to re-install it?

Anyone had a similar situation an know of a way to get the game to install on the One?

cant install digital copy of fable 2

hello, I am trying to install fable 2. I own the games digital license and its showing up in the "my games" section on xbox.com under the xbox 360 section and it says its backwards compatible. I also checked the official list of backwards compatible titles
and it was on there as well. I am signed in with the same account on both my pc which is showing the license and my xbox one. some of my other xbox 360 games are showing up under the ready to install section in games and apps but not fable 2. in the store
there is no option to purchase or install the game. I have tried an extended power cycle of my console and deleting and redownloading my profile to the console. I contacted phone support and they advised me to post here so that someone could check which version
of the game I own and determine why its not able to be installed.

okay i have an xbox one and fable 3 came out for backwards compatibility as well as all its add ons

so i bought all the add ons and fable 3 downloaded them all on my xbox however only some of the add ons are actually showing up in the game how do i get the rest of them to show up?

 

Hi, Were you logged into xbox.com to purchase the game using the same account as you use on the Xbox One?

 

To further the point,

ManicTrickster, I believe the Ambassador you were chatting with was referring to you selecting "Download to Xbox 360" again from the Xbox.com webpage where you purchased Fable III.

 

Ah OK thanks. I guess the Ambassador wasn't just giving me a dumb response as I thought.

And yes, it was the same live account as my console. I knew that question would come. ;-)

 

Also, download to 360 wouldn't apply since I am not using a 360 right? I went back to the store and the only option is to purchase it, not download anywhere. I looked in my purchase history and the charge is there.

Even though you aren't on a 360 console, by selecting the "Download to Xbox 360" option it pushes the purchase to your Xbox One in the My Games and Apps > Games > Ready to Install.
