Fable 3 not available for download

Discus and support Fable 3 not available for download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have not purchased Fable III stand alone, however I do own the Fable Trilogy.     I have not purchased Fable III stand alone, however I do own the Fable Trilogy. I wasn't actually sure if this would count as owning the games individually, however when BC first launched it did. I've never purchased Fable II stand alone either, but it was
    available for me because I had the trilogy.

    With todays batch of BC titles, Fable III is not included in my downloads. Does this mean that Fable II was a fluke and I'm going to have to repurchase Fable III and (hopefully) eventually anniversary? Or is there an actual issue with the account system
    here?

    i bought the disc version but i also bought the disc version of fable 3 but on my xbox one i have fable 3 available to download but not fable 2
