    Fable 3 corrupt saves, and downloading backwards compatible games.


    Its 2016 so I just wanted to check and see if there a fix for corrupted saves yet. This at least the third time I had to start over from beginning and its not fun having to do it all over. And why must I put a card on xbox one to download backwards compatible
    game? If its free and I have gold why do I need a credit/debit to download the 360 game?

    Fable Trilogy download problems.

    I am also having the same issues, i have cleared my cache deleted the fable trilogy, re downloaded it but still i get the actual games downloading to about 70% then restarting at 0% and when its finally done fable anniversary is corrupt, fable 2 is incomplete
    and fable 3 is also corrupt.

    Can you please elaborate on the issue with corrupted saves? What games are you seeing this with and what have you tried to fix it?

    To answer the second question though. A credit or debit card needs to be on file because while the game is free, you're still actually purchasing the license for the game. It's just that the purchase is for $0.00, so this is why the requirement is there.
    It just needs to have a payment method to attach to the transaction.

    Fable II and Fable III Not available to download to Xbox One although own both games.

    It looks like Fable III is currently not supported. You should be able to re-download Fable II fine though. Are you going to the your games and apps section? There should be an option to download Fable II on the list of games that are currently backwards
    compatible.

    Splosion Man save corrupted/save not updating (possible major 360 emulation bug on Xbox One)

    If a save game gets corrupted (specially in a backward compatibility game) there isn't much you can do but delete the corrupted save file and start over.

    My suggestion is to save often as things like these tend to happen with old game emulators
