Fable 2: Platinum Hits Version won't download DLC

So out of all of the backwards compatibility titles, I really wanted to play Fable 2 again and explore the world I started several years ago. The problem is the backwards compatibility program doesn't recognize that the DLC came on the platinum hits versions
of the game (which is what I have), so not only can I not play all of the content I own, but I also can't access my old saves because it's telling me to download the dlc (that should be on the disc). Fallout 3 does this just fine, where I put the game of the
year discs in, and all of the DLC is downloaded after, so why isn't this the case with Fable 2?

Fable 2 Platinum Hits

I bought the fable 2 platinum hits the other day and it is supposed to come with the premium versions of the DLCs "see the future" and "Knothole Island" but when I go to download them it gives me the free version of the DLCs (free version only let's you
play with other players who own the premium version). I think the xbox one is reading the game as just the standard version of fable 2 instead of the Platinum Hits version

 

Have you guy heard of Halo 3: ODST ‘Campaign Edition’

If what you got in the store was a bundle, why us this called Campaign Edition? It should simply be called ODST. Either way though. Its pretty much a ripoff at 15.00. I know the reason for this though. Its because the multiplayer contains all the DLC. One
think you will never find included in an On Demand game is DLC. Even if said DLC is included in the retail version. This isn't just limited to GOTY's either. Some Platinum Hits include the DLC as well. Such was true when I bought Fable 2. At the time, the
on demand cover art was the platinum hits version which contains both packs. The on demand platinum hit included no such thing.
