Fable 2 - Not available for download

Hey, everyone! Filling out the survey only gets your issues sent to the right people to look into. They are aware of the situation, but keep filling out the survey if you haven't already so that they can see others that are impacted.

Fill out the survey guys, I did and now able to play the game again.

 

I have filled out the survey long ago and I'm still unable to play the game as it does not show up.

Just to make certain, are you using the same account that originally purchased the game on an Xbox 360? If the game was downloaded from a different profile you may still have had access to it on the Xbox 360 but the license wouldn't be tied to your account.

Relieved to hear I'm not the only person with this problem. Submitted a support request and got that survey filled in weeks ago, no response yet. Hopefully something gets sorted out.

I know I've got the license as the support member confirmed it during my chat. I can see it in the history on the website. Definitely purchased it, but not showing at all.

 

so you all know look up fable 2 or 3 in the store on the xbox one and you should be able to download in to the system

Fable 2 is not showing up. Same issues as the other people in the comments below.. Very annoying, very frustrating. Can't find answers anywhere and the survey posted here isn't there anymore. Would like some answers! Or something I can do. Have already hard
rebooted the xbox one and everything. Nothing works.
