Fable 2 (II) dlc "knothole island and see the future" not working!

So, i wanted to play Fable 2 again so i drug out my old 360 but the disc was cracked in half so i bough it over the store.

i installed the game and then bought the dlc "knothole island and see the future" but it dosnt work at all. the guy is standing at the doc with the submarine but when i try to get him to take me to knothole island it ask me to buy the dlc again. ive tried
re downloading the dlc and removing my profile and downloading it again. ive also tired the license transfer. what am i doing wrong? i cant contact Microsoft because there support is a joke. NONE of the support tabs will let me talk to a real person.

DLC question

Hi, I was looking through the DLC for Fable 2 and i saw that "See the future" and "Knothole Island" have both free and premium. What is the difference?

"Fable 2 + Platinum hits" comes with "Knothole Island" and "See the future" FULL EDITIONS - no code required - software automatically will download the DLC packs - no code required - sorry however this edition does not come with things like Hal's outfit,

There normally is an update that needs to be done after the download fully completes. Are you still connected to the internet when you try to launch the game with the DLC? Additionally, are you playing on Xbox One console with back compat or the Xbox 360
console?
