    Fable 2 crashing


    I've been playing fable 2 on gamepass and it is plauged with crashes. Sometimes on start up but mostly in the middle of play. I've reinstalled and power cycled many times to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

    playing fable 2.Old system crashed and tried to transfer saved data,my achievments and scores got transfered ok but all progress for all games was lost.

    It does the same for me.

    Try cleaning the game and also your system with a cd cleaner.

    This does help. It could just be getting worn out too. When i first bought the game, it never crashed, but over time it starting to freeze up. I may try and buy a new copy to see if that helps. Hope this may help you! Game On my friend!

    I was having the same problem and it turned out (for me anyway) that the save file was corrupted.

    Go to Network Settings > Go Offline.

    I know you might want to be in a party etc but this should resolve the issues temporarily.

    Something similar is happening to me. I can only get about 15 minutes of stable gameplay and then it just freezes up. This is definitely a new issue that has arisen within the last couple of months. Hopefully, we can find a workaround.
