F1 22 on PC and on Xbox

EA titles like F1 will almost certainly not be PlayAnywhere in the foreseeable future. They run their own service on pC

Your best bet would be to get game pass ultimate . It would allow you the cheapest access to the game.

Man iam waiting for Windows Store release with "playanywhere" to. If they dont add this i dont buy it.. its easy. For me novadays is this huge. I dont buy many games what i want play with my son. Iam not so rich to buy games 2x

my brother has just bought f1 22 when it came out on Xbox he is now getting a pc and as it has been over 2 weeks and he has been playing *a lot* he cant get refund. I am just wondering as the game is digital is there any way to transfer the game license from Xbox to the Xbox app on PC as he doesn't want to spend £100 on a game on two platforms

Nope, It's not a Play Anywhere title, which means if he's wanting to play on PC, He'll need to buy the game again for PC.

Sorry to say buddy but content transfer or change a game platform is not possible.

If your brother is not able to refund it and he wants to really play it on PC, they need to purchase the PC version for the game

**If you ask me, probably couple months later the PC Standard version is going to be available with EA Play membership / Game pass Ultimate

Not sure how Forza is connected to the XBOX support teams, but this issue is not just Forza related. F1 22 and 21 have the same problem and possibly other racing wheel games (We only have FH5 and F1-22 atm).

This issue has been reported by numerous users under the EA Network support page. Seems the latest XBOX OS has introduced a bug where racing games won't work anymore with wheels attached. As soon as you disconnect the wheel, the game works OK again using a XBOX controller.
