F1 2020 Profile Loading Glitch

My girlfriend and I have 2 separate profiles on Xbox One, we both play F1 2020 and each have our own career modes we've sunk a lot of time into. Tonight, when she logged into her account, she was unable to access any of her saved data and instead was seeing and could interact with my saved data. We tried every conceivable way of signing in and signing out, restarting the Xbox, restarting the game, and still the same thing happens.

We can confirm that there still is a saved data file from the home screen, but the game will not allow us to access it.

Please any suggestion would be appreciated.

She has invested too much time into this game and is pretty depressed at the moment.

Hope you're doing great today despite this BOOTYWIZARD420 1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

I have the same problems playing F1 2020 on my XBOX Series X. Sound is cutting of several times.

Unfortunately F1 2020 was part of the "Free Play Days" from 20/8 to 23/8 and is no longer free to play.

The current Games with gold titler can be found here: Games With Gold (August 2020).

If the same steering wheel worked on both F1 2019 and 2020, I would recommend contacting the game developers since this is likely an in game issue!

If you're asking if the xbox one version of F1 2020 will be playable on Series X | S yes it will work, while if you're asking if there will be a specific upgrade for next gen consoles Codemaster didn't communicate anything about it...so it is possible
that f1 2021 will be the first real next gen game.
