    I uninstalled F1 2019. I can't reinstall it because it says it is not available. Why is this?

    In xbox settings work good. But in the game f1 2019 i dont have a option video settings

    - Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.

    - Select Network Settings.

    - Select Advanced Settings.

    - Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    - Select Clear.

    - Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    Hi Ledfoot326, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly make sure that you own the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. You should be able to see the status as "completed". Once confirmed, you can then sign out on Microsoft Store App then restart before signing back in.

    Once you're signed in go to "My Library" to install the game from there.
