F1 2019 keeps kicking me out of the game on select menus

Bought the game on a sale and it works perfectly for my brother, who can do multiplayer, Grand Prix etc. As you'd expect - but for me, my attempts to launch a multiplayer session have so far meant I've been booted out of the game within a second. The same
happens for Grand Prix mode, but modes like the Career work fine.

I'm on the Insider Build on my Xbox One S and this has happened across a few updates, including the latest which just installed a few minutes ago. However, this being a Home Xbox my brother can play it without any problems. Have reported it using Insider
Hub, but there's nothing obvious to show what's gone wrong.

Did that (took a while), no change. I'm annoyed since it works flawlessly with my brother but the game decides it wants to hate me as though I shouldn't be trusted in the first place. That and it's happened since I got the game and through multiple updates.
We'll see, I suppose.

have you tried reinstaling the game to see if the issue fixes itself otherwise i'm afraid you have to wait for a new xbox insider update

Thank you for keeping us updated. Are you having any issues playing online with any other games? That error code you gave us seems to be specific to that F1 game as it does not resemble any Xbox error codes. If you haven't already, we recommend checking
out
the Developers website for further support.

Hello, thank for reaching out to me. There is nothing on this page which helps me to play the game. The game was reinstalled several times already but I have the same issue. As per other forums the issue is related to F1 2019, Xbox Gamepass locking down the files and the latest NVidia RTX 30XX cards (I use the RTX 3060ti). The error message when starting up the game is F1 2019 generated a crash dump at: C:\ProgramData\Codemasters\F1 2019\669979... and then the game stops. I am more than happy to provide the dmp and xml files for further investigations.
