    Hi everyone. I have this issue on F1 2017. I had done a shortly game clip showing my little motive of worrying right now.. This could be a F1 2017 issue?? Or some Xbox One graphical problem?

    I had tested Fifa 18 already too and haven t noticed anything special.

    Please give me Some feedback about this.

    Yolo game purchase not recognised

    Hi support,

    Last week i have bought F1 2017 from the microsoft store but i dont see any progress in the 1st segment of the yolo mission.

    Before buying F1 2017 i bought rocket league and that purchase was monitored correctly,

    I checked the prequisits and f1 2017 should count for this mission.

    I also have 5 achievements for f1 2017 ready but i guess they dont get counted if the main purchase isn't recognised.

    Could you please have a look at this?

    I play online F1 2017 and I lost all of my data wins, pole position, etc... I went back to the beginning. I am very shocked about the situation.

    To clarify, are you experiencing issues with F1 2017, or F1 2018? I'm only asking because you mentioned F1 2017 in your post, but the picture you attached shows F1 2018 instead.

    - Would you mind looking up the purchase of this game on your account's order history? The purchase should show as "Completed". You can see this at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

    - Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"?

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. From the FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.
