F1 2013 Games with Gold, can't re-download, charging $ now.

Alright so when I got f1 2013 from GwG, it would start and then give an error. So I thought to wait a few weeks and try it again. Army of Two I got it this way, since it also gave errors and today I got it.

Onwards to the problem, today I went to my download history to get f1 again and when I go to download it wants me to pay for the game, when I go to the games page it says download again but when I press it, the charge is there again. Like seriously, it shows
that I got it in the past and now it is charging me. How can I fix this?

well for one if you are in the download history it wouldnt charge you anythiung as it doesnt pull up the purchase screen

yes if you try and download from the GAME page it may or may not charge you but seeing as its no longer free it would

if you are getting errors what exact error are you getting

not available in your region?

if so does your account region reflect your actual region > if not that would be why

 

you would never get an price on the download history since it doest go thru the purchase screen ever

are you sure you are on the right screen?

 

the only thing that would prevent you from redownloading it again from the download history is an error not price

if you dont live in your actual region then that would be your issue you need to match up your physical location with your account region

us foreign bases dont could as the us as they use foreign isps

 

Xbox live Brazil here and I'm in Brazil and the game is available here. The game shows in my download history and in its pages says download again, when I press it it wants to charge me. No errors are given and yes km I'm in the correct page lol

 

That would be why you use the diwnload history

The download history at no point will popup the purchase screen unless you queued using the us page originally thrn migrated without downloading rhe Brazil content brcauzs region locks dont transfer over

 

I been saying this already. I'm in the download history and I press on the game to get it again and instead of saying download again it asks me to pay. I got it in in my region and never transferred regions.
