F#%€ing help me!!!!

Hi, for the last few years my installations take up to 5 hours to initiate the download process. Then repeatedly stop and take again, up to 5 hours to start downloading from where it stopped. A little history for you; ive had 2 original xbox ones (standard
editions), first one lasted 10 months before the dreaded disc tray sounded like a coffee grinder, so i got it replaced. New xbox number 2 (standard original edition) started having this installation problem about early 2016. When there is an update or DLC
or a whole game install, my xbox will put the download into the queue, but will not show me the size of the download/update, nor will it show me a download speed, i often goto "detailed network stats" and run the speed test, now heres where it gets interesting.......
after running the speed tests i check on the update and its started!!!! ChaCHING!!! Almost like forcing some net speeds into the xbox helped start the download........ weird huh? Considering im in xbox parties that arent lagging ect it's clear my internet
is working,

Anyway this was a painful but working work-around

In about November 2017 i bought a brand new xbox one x, as a test i didnt plug my hard drive in to it(incase the hard drive was buggy when trying to write to it)

i just went to the store to try and download my games (incase the old xbox was the problem). And would you believe that after 8 hours not one game out of 4 had started to download so i ended up copying them from my old xbox to the one x.....

Now recently the "speed test" work-around stopped working for me, and instead when trying to update or download anything, my whole xbox becomes useless, i cannot open apps or games or even goto settings (took too long to open error appears).

Ive tried the "report a problem" function that pops up but under these circumstances explained above, I obviously cannot open the reporting app......... due to everything taking too long to open......

Troubleshooting history includes;

Very late 2016 i upgraded from Copper cabled ADSL 2 internet (20Mbps download,20ms latency)

To the new NBN fibre connection in australia

And again. SAME PROBLEMS as above.

I have also tried and used port forwards

Tried different DNS setting

Different IP

Different ISPs

Ive changed modems and even tried default settings on the xboxs and the modems like most people do, yet noone else has this issue.

Ive tried up to 10 different ethernet cords, 4 modems,

Ive taken my xbox to friends houses with the same issues yet at the same moment my friend can download what my xbox cannot......

Ive tried wifi and still have the same issues.

ALTHOUGH sometimes switching from wifi to cable / cable to wifi, will cause the download to start.........

Ive moved house.

Ive cleared the xbox cache

Ive turned off and on instant on features and automatic downloads,

Ive got no parental settings set,

And besides all that, my brand new xbox was straight out of the box yet wouldnt download anything, ( which made me think it was my internet) so i changed service providers again..... with no effect, my xbox is still useless when i need to update something.

Ive tried my account on a mates xbox with same issue and tried his account on my xbox with no issue.

So im now assuming it has to be the only thing that connected all my xboxes together.....

MY ACCOUNT?????

Its not the internet (tried 3 isps and many modems on different types of connections)

Its not my xboxes (both new and old xboxes do it)

So what else can it be?

Could this be passed onto somebody who knows what theyre talking about? As ive probably tried everything you can suggest and yes ive tried your trouble shooting at xbox.com

I just want to download updates and dlc hassle free, im at my end here, ive been loyal to xbox since the original xbox, ive still got 3 originals, and 3x 360s

Please help me fix this issue,

Fortnite requires updates every 3 days unfortunately my download hasnt started by the time the next update comes out XBOX or microsoft help!!!
