F***ing done with Microsoft

This is the last time I ever buy anything Microsoft. Used to love xbox, now it's just a joke. Buy an Xbox one a while back, wanted to watch a movie, put in the disc and end up needing to download an app for it, ok I can live with that. Then I want to play
a game, have to download EVERY game! Even if you buy a disc! Still needs to download for 2-3 hours, and once it's done you still need to insert the disc to play it, so why in the f**k did I just download it?! Now i want to play gta 5 for 360, but no wait,
it's not compatible for Xbox 1. So now just another money grab.

Screw Microsoft. Going to PlayStation.

I'm done! I've been a loyal Xbox customer since day one of the original Xbox. Well now I'm done with it. Xbox One was nothing but a huge LIE from Microsoft.

Kinect voice commands have been nothing but a giant JOKE! Half the time I need to scream at my system for it to turn on or off. After several attempts I just manually turn it on or off.

The TV keeps freezing up constantly. I finally had to unhook the Xbox One from my cable box and bam the TV works just fine. I've rerun the setup over and over but nothing. Have done several hard restarts and it still wouldn't fix the problem.

The system HAS to be hard restarted at least once a day. Games will refuse to load. Apps will refuse to load. And when they do it constantly just goes back to the home screen in the middle of games and apps.

I'm finished with Microsoft and their terrible system. I'm boxing this POS up and trading it in for a PS4. Good bye forever Microsoft. You just lost a long time loyal customer.

I'm sorry that you've had a poor experience. There is nothing we can do on the forums to resolve this - we can only advise you to look into a case review. If the option is not available via the Enforcement website, then you will have to ride out your suspension.
Normally the team can review cases that are longer than 24 hours.

its the exact same with playstation

games have to be installed, just go offline for faster installs

xbox one does have backwards compatiblity with some games, not all as its up to the publisher so in gta v case they did a better version for the one so 360 is not compatible

You have to download everything on the PS4 too.

You can still play GTA5 on a 360. They didn`t make the 360 version backwards compatible on the One as a version of GTA5 for the One was also released.

And it`s not Microsoft that deals with backwards compatibility, it`s the games developers/publishers themselves.

 

Exactly the same with the PlayStation.

If you want install free gaming then I think the Switch is your only option or one of the older gen consoles.

You install the game from disc,you don't download it although chances are you will have to download an update.You still need to insert the disc to verify that you own the game otherwise people would just by one copy,install it & then pass it on to a friend
& so on.
