F.E.A.R 3 bought twice but still can’t play!

Hi all.

I’ve purchased F.E.A.R 3 through Xbox Store for my Xbox Series S. I know this game is backwards compatible. I downloaded the game but it said something like you don’t own the game and I thought there was some kind of problem about first purchase and I bought again. But still I can’t play the game and I factured twice, I paid double the price. I can’t refund because the system says that I reached the limit for refund this year. I don’t know how to take back my money or play the game. Please help. Thank you.

Have you tried eleting your acount´s cache?

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.

4. Close.

Power Cycle:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

After that, try to play the game again.

It is quite weird it didn't. I hope you get it through.
Did you try clearing the 360 cache?

Thank you for the reply. After doing every steps, I got the same message saying that I don't own the game. I submitted a manual request for refund. I hope I can get a refund for double charge and then I will submit again for it doesn't work. Good day.

F.E.A.R 3 is very good if you have some friends that are playing it. Plenty of content.
