    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forums. As long as you purchased the game on or after December 8 from microsoftstore.com, the credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the game ships. The
    movie ticket will be in the game's case.

    I've noticed with the Ezio Collection that some of the achievements are buggy and do not unlock even when you try everything to unlock them. The only thing you can do is contact ubisoft about it. The game may require an update to fix the achievements,
    then again, they just might need time to unlock.
