Ezio Collection: The Mentor Achievement not popping, tried everything in the Troubleshoot ...

I have been getting all of the achievements in the new Ezio Collection release from Ubisoft, enjoying it thus far. I am now on AC: Revelations, and I have ranked all Assassins to the proper rank, but the achievement "The Mentor" will not pop.. I have tried
everything in the Troubleshoot Achievements section.

I got all assassins available to their max rank before finishing Sequence 3. When I finished Sequence 3, my final Assassin unlocked, and gained enough exp to reach Master Assassin level. It's no question that this is one of the more lengthy achievements to
unlock in the game, as to why up to 1% of gamers have unlocked it, so this does bother me, I really want to get a full 3k on this title.

I have included a screenshot of my television showing both my assassins ranks, and the achievement not unlocking, as well as an in-game screenshot of my assassins ranks.

Has anyone else had this issue or know a fix? I have tried everything the Troubleshoot Achievement Section on the Support page says to do, full shut down, sign out and back in, etc.

It seems to be a bug in the game, I guess it's not normal, or expected, for a gamer to take their time and actually rank every assassin up to max before even completing Sequence 3 (which is supposed to unlock your first Master Assassin if you only followed
the story missions instead of doing side missions and leveling Assassins) I figured after beating Sequence 3, the new Master Assassin would count as the 7th and the achievement would pop.

Achievements not working

It's Assassin's creed brotherhood but it's actually in the ezio collection.

I have been in contact with xbox to try and troubleshoot my achievement problem but nothing has worked. We hard reset my xbox, cleared local data and even deleted my account. But nothing has worked. I also replayed most of the game to see if it would help
but that also didn't work.

The game is :

The achievements are:

ACB| Bloody Sunday

ACB| Vittoria Agli Assassini

ACB| Requiescat In Pace

ACB| A Knife to the Heart

ACB| Airstrike

 

Flagbear Overwatch

The flag bearer achievement is not showing up in my achievement section I have it in game but not in my achievements for some reason. I've tried all the support section achievement stuff but it's not working, I've done the requirement for the achievement plenty
of times but still the achievement is not popping up idk it's really bothering me pliz help!

 

Does no-one have a solution or has anyone had a similar experience?

 

I just started the game over and spent a whole day off and got 7 Master Assassins again, but what's this?! The achievement did not pop, again!

I am thinking about taking this game back for this
