    Extrenal hard drive, wifii, controllers not working


    So yeah nothing major just as the tittle says. Not sure whats going on with my game decks but my problems have started occurring since this last 'update' ... I have multiple xboxs and both lose connection sa e time. Controllers dont respond... But my tv
    controller somehow is able to operate xbox dashboard no problem. Lastly my xbox external hard is not being read by my xbox. Its not showing up in settings storage and its not showing up on backup transfer just says no external found. These are some bigproblems
    and for the money I and alot of other people have invested in xbox, need to be addressed. This is so fustrating having to deal with this. Update your update.

    Disk connect properly? Not sure I know what you mean. The USB is xbox green external hard ware that came with its own cable. So this is not just a problem with just the external but I'm wagering it has to do with the last update. Even seems the rear of the
    xb1x is venting hot air... At least it is warm to the touch. If I thought it was just the external Id do a full reset and delete everything. I dont use this console that much and it seems my older decks are running smoother then this. Think I paid 4or500 on
    xb1x and another 120 dollars for xb external hard drive. This is alot of money to pay out for something that just shells out right away.
