Extremly slow installation time!

Hi,

I'm experiencing extremely slow installation time on ALL games. I do NOT update the game at the same time since it make it worst. This problem as nothing to do with my internet speed since its only about the installation of the game so lets not go in that
direction. I've read that some xbox have that problem and some are ok. For an example, the same game can take 10 minutes on the PS4 and 90 or 120 minutes on my xbox one S. Some games take more than 2 hours to install! On a drive that is capable of 100Mbs read
or write... it should take less than 10 mins to install 45 gigs! Whats the deal with 2 hours? Im thinking about returning the xbox one s. Do you have a solution for me? Those installation time shouldn't be!

Can't Install Dragon's Dogma.

I recommed just wait some time. Some JPN games have extremly good guard of copy. St i wait 35 minutes to stars a installation. ANd yes clean cache.

slow downloads

the download speed is every day terrible..... i'm trying to download Titanfall to my new external Drive.... and is extremly slow. And no it is not a Bandwitch problem on my Site..... other downloads over PC or Laptop works great.... but xbox live servers
everytime are extremly slow... it is a microsoft problem.... and we stupid Gold Members are paying a lot of money for nothing. A shame MS.

Hey there -

Have you tried installing your games while your console is set in
offline mode? You can also take a peek at the troubleshooting guide for
slow downloads and installs and see if any of the steps/suggestions there help you out.

It sounds like hard drive is failing. It seems like the seller has potentially scammed you. Only Microsoft can officially replace the hard drive and the repair cost would likely be considerably more than what you paid for this broken console.

The update is 9 gb big and u said ur internet is extremly slow. The question is how slow? Because on my xbox the first 84% came from the disc and after that the update with 9gb started which u have to download
