    So I had a "friend" who I was playing with a few days ago, and he was in a party with some of my other friends and he was swearing which I did not care for and then he said the N word many times, then he started being really toxic and racist so I aruged with him and he said that the N word was not bad and he did not care for racism so I tried to get him banned but he deleted his massages. He needs to be taught a lesson and learn that racism is bad along with a ban. Is there any way we could get him banned?.

    only problem is he didnt say the full word so the system wont pick up on it.
    Even if it's just an abbreviation the enforcement team will still pick it up.

    It's only outright swear words that can lead to a suspension straight away by an automated system,every other report is investigated by a person & they are well aware of the workarounds people try & use to avoid a suspension for being toxic,racist etc.

    Just so you are aware the enforcement team works 365 days a year they are never on break they work every single day to make sure Xbox live is safe for users to game on.

    Every report made to the enforcement team is reviewed by a real person it may take a few days or longer but the enforcement team will take action against the person

    The enforcement team will know what exactly they are saying even if they are not using the full word.

    but as long as you reported the message before he deleted it.

    It will still be on the system for review

    just so you know, i have seen people get banned within seconds of the so called incident happening, it is clear to see that it is partly automated. and we all know Microsofts attempts at automating things is useless at best.

    they may have people working 365 days a year but i can tell you that the amount of staff they have for reports coming in is not even close to workable. unless you are saying they have 60,000 staff working 24/7
