Extremely Slow Download speeds

I have a Xbox series s and out of the blue It started having incredibly slow download speeds. I have already tested the ports and checked the internet speeds and even factory reset my Xbox. It still isn’t speeding up at all. Sometimes it just stops downloading all together. I have already unplugged and let it sit for 30 minutes. I have an Ethernet plugged in at all times. I called my internet service and they say everything is fast and good on there end.
