Extremely low upload on a decent isp

    Extremely low upload on a decent isp


    My xbox current lyrics grabs .22mbs upload with out without anything else on the network. Hooked direct to modem still only pulls .22mbs. Speed tests ran from my laptop and smartphone both pull over 9 mbs. Please explain or direct me to a proper fix.

    Hey mate, the upload you listed is extremely low for trying to use LIVE, and is likely the source of your connection issues. Please call your ISP and ask them about a better speed for LIVE.

    Disconnect as host.

    Your upload (outgoing) is rather low for hosting. Decent host upload speeds generally start around 1000KBPS (1MB).

    Hi I have same problem like you,and after calling Xbox support and ATT U-VERSE ISP provider and resetting my Xbox and waiting on phone and waiting for ATT U-verse technicians to check my connection and everything in my house is working fine and good signal
    except Xbox one and people from service don't know what to do ,so after talking with people from Xbox one support we decide to send box for service and see what is problem, I take Xbox one to Microsoft store and manager decide to see for himself and plug
    my Xbox one and she is working fine but in my house is problem, but I steel decide to send my box for repair because is under warranty steel and i'm steel waiting from service center to let me know what they find but nothing from last 7 days. Please let me

    and we want to make sure that you get the attention that you're looking for. Extremely low upload on a decent isp :)

    metabolicBatman - Thank you so much for providing that information! Your

    Belkin does not support multiple consoles, so this may be the reason why you are running into issues with all of the consoles hooked up. Even if the other 2 360 consoles are not hooked up at the time, the router tries to still give priority to them if they
    were connected first. To have all of your consoles hooked up without much issue, I suggest purchasing a new router that will support multiple consoles. You can check out our
    Routers page to see if there are any there that you may like that support multiple consoles.

    When it comes to being directly wired into your modem, do you shut everything off (console, modem) for a couple minutes before trying to connect again? If you haven't, give this a try and see if the speeds are better. If they are not, I suggest wiring in
    your computer directly to your modem and then doing the speed tests that way. Make sure that you have shut wireless off on your computer when you attempt this.

    Post back your results after that and we'll see if we can pinpoint why you are running into this issue with your upload speed! :3
