Extremely laggy Xbox One, can't start up any apps or games.

This isn't an internet issue. For some reason when I tried signing into my main account today I couldn't click anything on the dashboard. If I tried, my Xbox would kinda freeze (for lack of a better term). It doesn't really freeze the console though. It's
hard to explain what is happening but if I click the Guide button on my controller it will bring it up but nothing will be shown. Almost like the processor is going bad or something. It reminds me of a really old and bad computer trying to boot up a really
new game on high graphics. I did just recently install COD: Warzone and Phantasy Star Online 2. I don't think that has anything to do with it, but nothing else has changed.

I've tried that already. I also tried deleting my local saved game data. It took really long, but it eventually loaded. That did not fix the issue.

{Parity}

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I was able to sign into my other account and it ran fine. It was only my main account that was making my Xbox not run normal. Even if I didn't sign into any account it would run slow. I had to sign into my other account, go into settings, delete my main
account, and re-download my main account. It runs fine now. I don't know what the issue was or how that fixed it, but it did. Hopefully this can help someone in the future.
