Extremely frustrated here

look....I've been having an issue with YouTube in which the upload option is missing, I believe this has something to do with the latest update for the app, I believe this because it wasn't missing before the latest update....now, this is the issue ive been
trying to fix and have attempted to contact Microsoft services for any solutions, but, as i attempted to contact, it would not let me start the chat simply because I have an invalid name, however this name is my xbox one username, and what's worse is that it's
"Fixed" meaning I can't even change it! So all in all I cant even contact them, so this is my last resort, if anyone can just spare me the solution I'll Be ever so great full.

Ok so this seems to be an internal error with the last update. There are many ways to still upload to youtube. One interesting one without having to upload tp your pc first then go to youtube is to go to

Xbox DVR - View your Xbox clips and screenshots

Search for your gamertag and you can pick from the videos you recorded that uploaded to xbox live. Once you select a video you can hit the upload to youtube button and sign in. It's a pain I know, hopefully they will fix the app soon. This one you can do
from your smartphone, tablet or laptop next to you in the meantime. Hope that at least gives you some options.

Hi, this is a long post indeed!

However, this is a forum for support only. I'm not saying that you shouldn't post this, but I think you'd get a higher chance of getting this seen and changes made by submitting this in an Xbox Customer Feedback form.

While I will never be one to disagree with Microsoft's lack of customer care, this post just seems like another person looking to get something for nothing after making a huge number of moronic mistakes. Not to mention very poor research skills. All it takes
(like the post above me) is a couple minutes to find plenty of HDD for cheaper. And pretty much anyone who does any research would never have forked over all that cash to continue to fix a broken console. Honestly, this is pretty much your fault. Not so much
Microsoft. They didn't force to not do research and just listen to them and fork over hundreds of dollars.
