    Extreme issues with live support and enforcement pages


    So ive been trying to get in contact with someone from the enforcement team for 15 hours now and have been redirected through both internet and phone call services to try and apply for a case review on my suspension. I firmly believe they have set up a
    system that does not allow you request a case review as it seems nobody in the enforcement team can actually be bothered doing their job properly. When i select the "apply for case review" option it redirects me back to the previous page and says I must visit
    my enforcement history in irder to apply for a review. This is ridiculous that I have worked hard for years to spend money on a product that allows my usage of said product to be dictated by someone unfairly reporting a perfectly acceptable looking for group
    post. If i have to wait another 15 hours hours to constantly be redirected to the same page or multiple different phone services, expect legal action to be pursued. This form of unacceptable eun around is beyond ridiculous and I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with
    Microsoft as a whole.

    Extreme Enforcement Issues

    Have you tried a different web browser to see if it may have been your web browser?

    As any alert that you get about an enforcement action says "Do not contact xbox support they will not be able to help you"

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is through the case review process.

    All reports and suspensions are looked at by a TEAM of people so it is not just one person that decides that you violated the code of conduct.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    There is a possibility that your suspension has been lifted or you receive a strike or else, this suspension is for specific game only. To recheck your enforcement action, please try these:

    • Access the page (Enforcements | Xbox Support) from a different browser or device.
    • Try connecting to a different network and see if there is detail about your enforcement suspension in the page.

    If you cannot see the suspension, try to check the game you had this suspension notification and see the status of your suspension.

    Please note, no one here in Community can assist, check or lift suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Enforcement page issues

    The enforcement team will not really go into great detail about the suspension. You can try different browsers or clearing your browser's cache to see if that clears the issue with the site. It's the only place to contact the enforcement team.

    I have been advised to come here by Customer support members (Account issue)

    Customer support has no say on enforcement issues and have no direct way to talk to the enforcement team (there is no number but the enforcement page)
