    First off let me state I am extremely frustrated with the support I tried to receive from xbox support.

    I have received a ban on my account effective until the 14th of May. I believed this punishment to be unjust so I tried to file a case review. I went to the questionnaire and tried to complete it. After I would answer one question it would not let me continue.
    Therefore I reached my maximum attempts due to technical difficulties. No I do not have another computer to do it on.

    So I tried contacting Xbox support. They said to wait 24 hours to do the questionnaire again so I told them that the questionnaire did not work. They circled back to the same response so I gave them the same answer. I asked them if there was any way for
    them to contact the Enforcement Team since my means of doing so was not working. They said that they have no means of contacting them. So I asked if there was anybody that could outside the enforcement team and they indirectly said no.

    So the Enforcement Team enforces punishments and reviewe their own enforcement? Who checks the Enforcement Team to make sure they are not doing wrong? It is tyrannical. I really do feel like my right to defend myself has been violated because the means of
    trying to do so has failed on Microsoft's behalf and Microsoft will not give me a chance to do so.

    I've had Xbox Live since 2005. I'm an adult. I do not like to be treated as though I am being given a time out when somebody disagrees with my behavior. I pay for this service and expect to be able to use it to its full extent.

    A year ago, I was reported for giving a monologue whilst kicking butt in Halo: MCC. I didn't directly target anyone. I was giving your classic old school "damn, I'm doing good" speech over the mic. Banned.

    Last month, some kid was team killing. I called him a homosexual. He reported me, he sent me an emoji and he laughed about it. Banned.

    A few days ago, I saw that Clubs were a new feature for Xbox Live. I made a club, picked a few categories and attributes for the Club such as "swearing ok" and "trash talk ok". I invited only friend who I've know for years because I knew that they wouldn't
    become SJW's out of nowhere. I posted the "F" word and quoted Donald Trump. I was BANNED a day later.

    I've not been banned for anything like this EVER. Up until the last year, I was never banned I don't think. I went through my childhood and up through my drinking days and wasn't given this kind of treatment.

    This last instance is especially absurd. Why would Xbox give me the option the make swearing okay in my Club and then ban me for a Code of Conduct violation? That is contradictory to the max.

    The last few years, being offended at everything and feeling like the world owes you something for it has been far too socially accepted in my opinion but freedom of speech on the internet has never been compromised. YouTube doesn't go to this extreme. Twitch
    doesn't. Heck, even TrueAchievements allows you to swear. But Xbox is getting so strict about how you communicate with people that ONE SWEAR WORD gets you banned and they contradict their own policies by banning people for cursing in a Club that says it's
    okay to swear.

    I don't understand what's going on. I've contacted Customer Support and they referred the Enforcement page stating that there would be an contact email there. I saw no such contact email.

    I would like to have a member from the Enforcement support team contact me with SPECIFICS as to how they can justify ANY of these examples and start treating me like the adult that I am who PAYS for this service and has done so since 2005.

    If your team members are getting lazy and clicking "ban" on every report to save time, they need crack down on that IMMEDIATELY. I understand how a repetitive workload can weigh on somebody, but they are not being paid to adhere to every SJW's case out there.
    They are being paid to investigate whatever reported content or messages were flagged and put into their cue BEFORE hitting "ban".

    Please acknowledge this thread and respond. I'm tired of paying for a service that is broken or unusable.

    Have you tried a different web browser to see if it may have been your web browser?

    As any alert that you get about an enforcement action says "Do not contact xbox support they will not be able to help you"

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is through the case review process.

    All reports and suspensions are looked at by a TEAM of people so it is not just one person that decides that you violated the code of conduct.

    Is there any way for the ban appeals to work?

    To answer your question,the only time a decision is reversed is if the enforcement team made a mistake which is extremely rare.

    Any report is thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is issued to make sure this doesn't happen.

    You can't be suspended twice for the same offence.

    We aren't able to assist with Enforcement questions here on the forums. Console bans are taken extremely seriously by the Enforcement team and aren't issued without solid reason. Once a console ban is issue your only option is to purchase a new Xbox One as
