extreme account ban

I wanted to know why a profile picture violating the CoC became so severe. I understand why a ban was placed but i don't know why it changed. What I'm saying is that i had a ban from editing my profile picture or just my profile in general for 2 days on
my main account and now i have the same problem a year later on my secodnary account or an acount just to mess around on but this time i received like 6 different bans and then a receievd a console ban which reluslted in my main account getting 3 different
types of banand it all last 2 weeks from today. This is not an exaggeration of what happened either. i know im lucky it is not a permanent ban but it is still a drastic change from the first time all just from looking for a good profile pic to be used. My
main question is why did this happen and can this be changed.

This is correct. The only things that could lead to a console ban is non stop harassment of others/trying to get around a ban on your account/modding/tampering of the console. A account Perma ban is extreme but a console ban is the Extreme last step.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if there is any information regarding your ban and to see if a case review is available. The enforcement team do not use
the forums so we would have no information here.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

Hello!

Permanent account bans are not given without intense consideration and review. These bans are for extremely severe violations of the Xbox Code of Conduct. Permanent bans are not eligible for review and the only option is to create a new account.

A gamerpic wouldn't cause a permanent ban on the account unless it was extremely serve.

Most permanent bans can't be undone. If its a temporary ban you'll have to wait it out.
