I bought a game called Minecraft dungeons on May 29, 2020. I received a refund request in 2020. As a result, my refund request was rejected.

Why was it rejected?

I just bought the game and want a refund. Hope you help.

Support can't help with this. The best thing to do is reply to the email you got, and explain why you want the refund. They then might change your mind and grant you it.
