    Extra VIP Star didnt work


    I participated in the mission last month to get upgraded an extra star for spending 115 in the xbox store. I spent well above this and my vip stars showed under construction and to check back on march 7 for the new level. I have now checked back and it shows
    level 2 still along with 0% of the way to the next star. Why i this not working? Even if i didnt spend enough it should still show all the purchases ive made so far this year towards the next level which it isnt. Please fix this as i should have another star.

    i wouldn't put this up if i didnt qualify for it i have gold and i am a 5 star vip

    You are registered as an Austrailian Rewards member. This means we can only track and Reward purchases made in the AUD currency. Since your purchases were not made with this currency type, they are not eligible for Rewards.
