extra VC in account

Son accidently ordered 75000VC 2 times - first time he ordered got a message on the screen transaction cancelled so he ordered again. Both of the 75000VC requests were posted to sons account. Microsoft refunded the $s for one of the purchases (quick and easy thanks Microsoft). When will Microsoft correct/remove the extra 75000VC?

Hello FaultedMouse265, if you received the refund correctly there is nothing to worry about, however we can not tell you when Microsoft will remove the value because they are automated system, the usual is usually 24 to 72 hours.

My accounts from 2k23 is not appearing up, it just Ben there before I left ,when I came back I had no account builds, I paid 100 for the game that's 100000 in vc spent a extra 20 in vc ,you guy deleted my 2k account I need it back

Dude! Same exact thing is happening to me right now. I'm on the verge of asking for refund regard all extra money spent on this game. its not cool to start all over with no vc

I'm trying to purchase VC by using a gift card credit in my account, but I'm not getting confirmation of the VC purchase. What gives?

I don't see any logical reason why support would refund you for the VCs that you have purchased and USED. I don't even think other companies will do anything like that. But if you meant to say that you didn't get to use those VCs because they weren't delivered
to your account, then contact 2K. They have an article about the same situation when it happen to 2K17 (https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/227556987-I-Purchased-VC-But-It-Wasn-t-Delivered-To-My-Account). I doubt support will refund any missing points
if the purchase went through and the data for the VCs transition to the Xbox Account (Just not on your 2K Account).

Its a problem on 2Ks end so I'm sure they are reinstating every missing VCs to those who bought it.

And by the way, if in case you are thinking of pretending that you didn't get the VCs even if you're really use them, good luck in committing fraud. That's an easy ticket for a permanent ban on the account, and could even be on the console.
