Extra Slots won't Download

Last night I had a friend over to christen my new Xbox One with some COD Ghosts. I had purchased the extra slots pack on his Xbox 360 a couple weeks ago, so he returned the favor on Xbox One last night. While playing last night we both had the extra slots,
but then today when i went to play by myself I no longer had access to them. I can understand that I might need to purchase them on my account, the only problem is that when I go to buy them from the Xbox or COD store, the Screen just sits in the "snake chasing
his tail" loading screen and won't complete the purchase. Am I doing something wrong? Why can't I complete the purchase?? Thanks for your help!

Missing Weapons

i'm a xbox 360 user, just bought and download the DLC Havoc and the Extra Armory Slots pack

but i only get the maps from Havoc no weapon AE4 Widowmaker and no Extra Armory Slots

WWXAU or WWDU. Can you guys figure out the acronyms? ;D
