    Extra Roblox Controls Not Showing Up


    I have bought a touchscreen for my girl, so she can play Roblox on PC... In one of the games (not in all) there are run buttons on the right of the screen, but they don't show up. I have tried tablet mode and changes settings in Roblox without results. The basic controls like move and jump work without a problem.

    Extra Roblox Controls Not Showing Up

    The device is brand new... It's HP 24t G5 manufactured in November. I did try to reinstall it on my Windows 10, same thing. I got the driver from the Official webpage and Windows asked me to install addition software "HP display center" with no setting what so ever about the touch panel. I just checked on updates of Windows, but nothing so far downloaded about the touch screen.

    The driver for the monitor seems normal. I don't have a printer installed yet. Maybe that's why some attributes are not filed in, but seems to be signed. I don't think it would be a problem if they are not, but something didn't go quite well.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly repair the game by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search "Roblox" > Advanced Options > Repair.

    If that didn't work, uninstall and reinstall the game.
