Extra hard drive space

It is great to see all the new games due for the xbox one but what is the point when we are still waiting for an update on extra external hard drive space afer watchdogs i think my hard drive will be full.anybody know when we will get this update?

What is the best way to get more disk space on an XBox 360 S?

You can add an external hard drive for up to 2TB of extra storage space. I would just add an extra hard drive and keep the 250gb installed.

Thats great news to hear the that Xbox will offer free unlimited hard drive space via the cloud. With all the new features on the xbox, im not surprised that this was added. All these new features are going to take alot of space and people wont be happy having to fork up extra money paying for a bigger hard drive.

 

I know OXM said it's possible we might hear something at E3 in June but nothing confirmed.

 

Apple have already drawn criticism from Consumer Watchdogs who point out that the difference in hardware cost between 16GB and 64GB of storage space is minimal compared to the 100's of pounds price difference between an iPhone 5s 16GB and an iPhone 5s 64GB.

Will MS charge us fairly or try and take us to the cleaners?

3TB @ £99.99 is really too much on top of what we've already forked out for the ONE.

I've said it before but 500gb is plenty for me.

I'm never playing too many games at any one time.

I've up to yet not hit the point where I'm running out of space, if I do get there I don't mind deleting to make room and re-installing at a later date if I wanted to.

Same with digital games, I'm lucky that I have a good broadband speed so it's no problem to delete and download again, I can understand however how this might be an issue for others.

 

Hopefully it wont be too long and the price is right, 99.99 for 3tb is too much on top of the initial investment in the one i agree there. 3tb would be good though, nice to have games installed to access them without waiting around.

 

My Hard Drive is full.

I've got 30GB left.

30GB is a lot of space on the 360 but it's not a lot of Next Gen space.

I love to play my games as I want to play them.

I have great broadband but I'm still going to have to wait if I have to delete something and then re-install or re-download it to play it.

Actually that link I posted above... they've got a "newer version". It's a 3TB USB stick @ £81.00.

Smaller and far more compact but still waaaaaaaaaaay too expensive.

 

^^ like the sound of the 3tb usb stick, would opt for for one of those i think, have a feeling it will be either pay a premium for more space or run out

 

I hate the requirement to install all games bought on disc. This is a huge step back from Xbox 360 and is eating into limited HD space :-(

 

Installing stuff is the only way to get games to run smoothly though... That's why PC games have always had to be installed...

It's a step forward from the 360, not backwards...
