    Extra gamerscore on my account


    So there is 45G extra gamerscore on my account and on TrueAchievements it shows that I have unlocked 3 achievements in FIFA 16 worth 45G but I have never played that game and it does not appear on my Xbox profile. What is going on and how to fix it?

    most people only get around 500 gamerscore a year you gotta remember they are taking into accounts some people who only play for 10-15 hours a year and is just cod mp or people who play alot of hours and is still just cod mp so most accounts out there are under 5000 gs

    Correction the Gamerscore is reading 1485 for everyone and 2020 on my account.

    Maybe you're gamesharing to one of your friends or family and he/she accidentally used your profile while playing.

    This happened back in 2016 and no one had access to my account back then. I contacted Xbox Support and they said this must be a glitch, we'll remove the game. And so they did remove it but I didn't realize the game was never removed from my TrueAchievements
    account (I also contacted TrueAchievements support and they said they force scanned my account and the game kept appearing).

    I calculated my Gamerscore and obviously it still includes 45G extra.

    I don't know how to contact Xbox Support now because the option to chat with a support agent is not available anymore and I can't call them because I am not in US or Canada.
