    Extra content didn't download and it is not showing as available for download


    Some of the content from preorder downloaded, while there's still content missing (the zodiac missions), and it is not showing as available for download in the game hub... what are my options?

    Rocksmith download problem

    have purchased foo fighters - monkey wrench, extra content.

    am in australia.

    Is is showing in purchase history, but says can't download when trying to get it.

    When the download starts it goes to 1% hen back to zero and then says can't download the content.

    have tried clearing system cache, can't delete it from hard drive as it's not showing there.

    other content downloads just fine

    I can`t download DLC for mortal kombat.

    I wanted to download DLC for mortal kombat. When I go to extra`s and Downloadable Content it says:

    "A gamer profile connected to XBOX Live is needed for showing content."

    Go into the game and go into extras and downloadable content and download them there. Bear in mind that you only two out of four characters now and the other two will be available to download soon.

    Can you make sure you didn't redeem the code on a different account by chance? Be sure to check under the Ready to Install list to verify if the content shows as available to download.

    We have tried that. It still won't recognize that we have downloaded the content. As soon as it says download complete, he goes into the game and it shows everything is purchased but not downloaded. Or shows that there is new downloadable content available.
    I'm beginning to wonder if it is something wrong with the xbox itself

    Hey there Team Tweetle.

    The content should be available for you in-game already, you wouldn't need to download anything extra. Have you tried playing online to see if the content appears for you?
