Extra ban?

Discus and support Extra ban? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have tried contacting the enforcement team through every avenue i could think of but i recently got a comms ban thanks to my child acting up on live....     Extra ban?


    i have tried contacting the enforcement team through every avenue i could think of but i recently got a comms ban thanks to my child acting up on live. I was issued a 14 day communications ban. Randomly 3 days into my ban i can no longer play online without
    any thing saying any thing about an additional ban being added. Is there anyway to talk to someone from the enforcement team? I would just like to know if theres something else ive done in the past that led to this. I dont cheat on anything i may anger little
    kids that spam report me cause i spend to much time playing but there is nothing I've done that should earn me not being able to play any more that i know of. Please help. Thank you.

    I asked someone about that awhile back and they said it was something that they got when playing Friday Night Magic. I looked it up and saw nothing about it...but that's all I know.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    ive submitted a case review for my comms ban but ive received nothing about my gaming ban. Ive tried find a way to contact the enforcement team and there is nothing that i can find at all

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    Well then they are going to ban about 75% of their users on a pretty regular basis. I hope they've hired some extra help.

    Afraid not.Once a console is permanently banned then that's it,the ban will never be lifted,even if you didn't own the console when the ban was issued.

    This is why you need to be extra careful when buying used consoles.

    All you can do is return it to the seller & get your money back.
